Refund Policy

What EketSupply charges for

EketSupply charges only for optional promotional products — specifically, listing Boosts that increase the visibility of a provider's listing in search results and on the homepage. Listing your services on EketSupply is free. EketSupply does not charge commission on any service transaction between a customer and a provider.

Boost refund policy

Boost purchases are non-refundable once activated. Activation occurs automatically when payment is confirmed via Paystack.

If a Boost fails to activate due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement Boost of equal value. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your Paystack reference number.

Service transactions

EketSupply does not collect or hold payment for services between customers and providers. All payment for the underlying service is made directly between the customer and the provider. EketSupply is not responsible for refunds related to service quality, non-completion, or disputes between customers and providers.
