1. About EketSupply

EketSupply is a local services listing platform that helps customers in Eket and Akwa Ibom find and contact service providers. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What EketSupply is — and is not

EketSupply is a listing directory. We provide a platform where service providers can publish listings and customers can browse and contact them directly.

EketSupply does not:

• Collect or hold payment for the underlying service
• Guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any service
• Employ, supervise, or direct any service provider listed on the platform
• Mediate disputes between customers and providers

All agreements regarding price, payment method, timing, and job terms are made directly and independently between the customer and the service provider.

3. Provider listings

Creating a listing on EketSupply is free. Providers are responsible for ensuring all information in their listing is accurate and not misleading. EketSupply reserves the right to review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at any time.

Providers may pay EketSupply for optional promotional placement ("Boosts"). Payment for a Boost does not represent an endorsement or guarantee of service quality by EketSupply.

4. Boost payments

Providers may purchase Boost products to increase listing visibility. Boost payments are processed via Paystack. Boosts are non-refundable once activated. EketSupply does not charge commission on any service transaction.

5. Verified Badge

Providers may apply for a Verified Badge by submitting identity documents for review. Verification confirms identity only — it does not guarantee skill, licensing, or quality of work.

6. Reviews

Customers may leave reviews on provider listings. Reviews must be honest and based on a real experience. EketSupply reserves the right to remove fraudulent or defamatory reviews.

7. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or defraud other users
• Create fake accounts or listings
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

8. Limitation of liability

EketSupply provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EketSupply is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a service transaction between a customer and a provider. EketSupply's liability is limited to the amount paid to EketSupply directly (e.g., Boost fees), if any.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
