Requirements:
- 3+ years operations or logistics experience
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages
- Experience managing teams
- Based in Eket or willing to relocate
Be the voice of EketSupply. Help customers find the right Pros and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Excellent phone and WhatsApp communication
- Problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English and Ibibio/Efik
Find and onboard the best artisans in the Niger Delta region. Build relationships with trade associations and verify Pro credentials.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or sales
- Knowledge of local artisan communities
- Motorcycle or vehicle ownership preferred
- Target-driven with commission potential
Create engaging content that showcases our Pros and educates customers. Manage our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok presence.
Requirements:
- Proven social media management experience
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Understanding of Nigerian social media trends
- Portfolio of previous work
