Does EketSupply handle payments between customers and artisans?
No. EketSupply connects customers with verified artisans. Payment is agreed and settled directly between the customer and the artisan — by cash, bank transfer, or any method they choose. EketSupply does not hold or process job payments.
What is a Featured Boost?
A Featured Boost places your profile at the top of search results in your category for one week. It also adds a 'Featured' badge to your profile card and gives you priority WhatsApp lead notifications. It costs ₦2,500 per week and can be cancelled any time.
What are verification badges?
Verification badges signal to customers that your identity and qualifications have been checked. ID Verified is free with every account. Verified Pro (₦1,000 one-time) adds a background and skill check. Industry Certified (₦2,000 one-time) is for Oil & Gas and industrial professionals.
